Christian Science Satisfies

Our Reading Room in a formerly occupied country is now answering many questions regarding Christian Science and its Discoverer and Founder, Mary Baker Eddy. Some of these inquirers have become regular visitors, as well as purchasers of authorized Christian Science literature, including the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy.

During the past six months alone we have sold more than thirty-two copies a month of the French translation of the Christian Science textbook. We have also sold a great number of copies of the Manual of The Mother Church by Mrs. Eddy, as well as numerous copies of her other writings.

At the beginning of winter the Reading Room was located in a building that was not well heated. It was often uncomfortably cold in the Reading Room, a condition which it seemed impossible to remedy in any material way. The Reading Room committee decided to do specific mental work in Christian Science on satisfaction in behalf of the Reading Room. They wanted the visitors there to feel at home, comforted and comfortable, and they knew that only divine Love can give real comfort and satisfaction.
