Regular announcements of the church services and Reading Room appear in the newspapers, citing the subjects of the Lesson-Sermon and the Bible reference of the Golden Text.

Copies of The Christian Science Monitor continue to be sent to the editors of the local press and are much appreciated, one editor remarking he had great admiration for the paper. The Thanksgiving service was announced in three newspapers, with a description of Thanksgiving Day in the United States of America and an invitation to the public to attend. Two papers also gave a short report of the service.
