In a recent edition you published an article on Christian Science and its Discoverer and Founder, Mary Baker Eddy.
I read with genuine interest the article under the caption "Put the Church First," in a recent issue of your paper.
During the year, nothing derogatory to Christian Science appeared in the newspapers, but four periodicals carried articles which seemed to call for some comment.

Inasmuch as the men who are in training at the military and naval camps in the United States have a great need for spiritual guidance, comfort, protection, and support, steps were taken some months ago to help meet this need through Christian Science Camp Welfare Workers.
