words from a familiar hymn in the Christian Science Hymnal,

story of the widow who was about to have her two sons sold into bondage for a debt, is related in the fourth chapter of II Kings.
We
are told in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy.

searching for that which will make the world better and happier, more and more people are today turning away from preconceived notions and are finding security and happiness in understanding the truth of Mary Baker Eddy's statement in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures".

Recently there appeared in the columns of your paper an article in which it is alleged that a colored woman, living in Burlington, "practiced a sort of Christian Science on several.

Churches and societies in Great Britain and Ireland and on the Continent are reminded that applications for lectures should be made by the Clerks in June, as soon as possible after the names of the lecturers assigned to these countries are announced, following the Annual Meeting of The Mother Church, and not later than July 1.
In gratitude to our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, for giving to the world Christian Science, which meets all human needs, I give this testimony.
Christian Science has transformed my life from sickness, fear, and lack into that truer sense of life of which Jesus spoke, "I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
To express my deep gratitude for all that Christian Science has done for me, I should like to relate the following healing, which took place in 1914, in the hope that it will help others.
