Christian Science neither overlooks nor neglects the prime importance of salvation of the individual, but on the contrary, in both teaching and practice, strongly emphasizes the admonition of Jesus, "Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness.
A news item appearing in your issue of January 3, under a London date line, stated in effect that a group of clergymen and medical men, after hearing evidence on behalf of Christian Science and other modes of healing, had decided that the clergy could not heal the sick.
