It is with sincere gratitude for the many blessings Christian Science has brought to me that I give this testimony. For the last ten years Christian Science has been my remedy for every ill. I did not turn to it for physical healing, but when one very dear to me passed on I turned to Christian Science and found the Comforter. I have experienced many physical healings. I have been healed of headaches of long standing, for which I had no treatment; they just went. I have been healed of a sprained ankle, a badly burned foot, and what seemed to me a bad cold but what my family thought was a case of influenza was overcome in a few days, and I could mention many other healings. Christian Science has been a great help to me in all my troubles. I could not seem to get away from a feeling of resentment I had toward a friend; I prayed that it might be overcome, and one day as I was walking alone on a quiet street on my way to see this friend who was ill in the hospital, all at once I realized that feeling had entirely gone. I stood still and thanked God with my whole heart for this demonstration. One night not long ago I had a dream which seemed so real I became quite excited and awoke with a severe headache, but I soon realized that the headache was as unreal as the dream, and it was gone. I am indeed grateful to Mrs. Eddy and for the understanding I have of Christian Science.
