It is now eleven years since I first heard of Christian Science, and I feel I should have sent my testimony ere this. My trouble was a bad form of stomach disorder affecting the heart; I had tried every material means, but all proved of no avail. My healing through Christian Science was not instantaneous, but this led me to study the textbook more earnestly and thus to realize more fully God's goodness. I have had many demonstrations since then in the case of minor aliments, and was wonderfully healed of bronchitis. Help was given me by a practitioner, and no pain was experienced. As I am over seventy-six years of age I cannot but feel thankful to my heavenly Father, who guided me through it all.

I am most grateful to Mrs. Eddy for giving us Science and Health, which is indeed a "Key to the Scriptures," as formerly the Bible was to me a closed book. I cannot close without thanking all those who have so lovingly helped me since I first heard of Christian Science.
