I wish to offer a testimony of what Christian Science has done for me. Not until I had been using medicine for many years was I informed that I had organic kidney disease caused by a sluggish liver, and that medicine could do no more for me. It was then that I turned to Christian Science as a last resort, having little or no faith in it. I bought a copy of the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, and began to read it. After reading it through I decided to visit St. Louis and take treatment, so went to see a practitioner and narrated to him the doctor's diagnosis. After three treatments I was entirely healed of the liver trouble, and the kidneys assumed a normal state gradually. I began the study of Science and Health in March, 1912, and have not taken a dose of medicine since. I may add, furthermore, that I have experienced many blessings in the last six years through the reading and study of the Christian Science publications.
