What Christian Science has done for Us

I desire to tell something of what Christian Science has done for me and my family. Nineteen months ago I had a severe attack of female weakness and a complication of other diseases. I was under the care of a physician more than two months and suffered constantly. Every day my husband went to my physician for stronger medicine, but to no avail. At last I gave up all hope of getting well.

I consented to try Christian Science on the twenty-eighth day of July, and the twelfth day of August I rode twenty-five miles in a spring wagon; the next day, the twenty-sixth I attended a picnic, and on the day following I drove the twenty-five miles back again; not feeling in the least tired.

Our little boy suffered from earache for four winters. After each spell he was quite hard of hearing, but now we are trusting all to God and we do not need to suffer. Sometimes error comes up but it does not last long, as we are trying to realize that there is no power apart from God. The Bible is a new book, full of the richest blessings.
