Appreciation of that which is good is an effective way of making the world better and happier.
I am not a Christian Scientist, nor is the New Commonwealth published in the interest of that church, but I sincerely admire the spirit of brotherly love in which Scientists always answer criticisms of their doctrine.

The Wisdom of Modest Statement

There is an old Latin proverb which translated reads, "He is wise who talks but little," and on encountering it recently I was led to reflect how well it expresses our proper attitude toward the public in regard to Christian Science, which primarily is to be known by its works.

An Undivided Christianity

Christian Science pleads for an undivided Christianity, and in this it should have the active as well as sympathetic support of all who desire to see Christ's kingdom come on earth.
