Eye on the world: The power of honesty
In “The year of living more honestly” The Christian Science Monitor’s Editorial Board describes a promising trend: According to the latest results of an annual global corruption ranking, “last year, more countries improved their scores on corruption than declined.” There are various reasons for this shift, including the power of honesty itself; as the editorial observes, “... honesty is its own force multiplier.”
