I was sure that if I hadn’t turned to God and prayed, the recovery process would have taken much longer.
More important than my work or going on a trip with friends was my duty to God, “investing” in getting to know God more and listening for Mind’s guidance.

Declare it

The way out of any challenge is starting with God, as this poem describes. You’ll find more on this same topic in this week’s Sentinel editorial, “Start with the solution.”
More than being against something, we can find a sense of unity in the spiritual reality that we are all innately for something: the goodness and light that come from God, the omnipotent Love and intelligent Life that created and sustains us all.
When she found out a close contact had Covid, this college student was initially stressed and scared. But prayer brought a quick turnaround—for her and her friends. 
Where can we find true riches?  
Love is the law of God, a law that I was unable to break.
If you’ve been around friends who swallow a pill when they’ve got a problem, maybe it’s left you with some questions. Is Christian Science really worth the effort? And does it offer something that medicine doesn’t?

Destiny

Do we have a destiny? If so, what is it?
My prayer in response to whatever seems to violate the innate divine right that every man and woman has to experience freedom and peace includes affirming that divine Mind, God, can never lose its control over the universe. 

Expectancy

When we expect all good as coming from God, we prepare ourselves to receive it. 
An encounter with the police seemed to be heading in a bad direction when this student suddenly remembered something he’d learned in Christian Science Sunday School.
