Your innate talent and ability

Live audio chat with Diane Dailey, C.S.B.

Addressing the fears that many might feel about expressing their talents, Diane defines “innate” as “something that can be considered essential. It’s rooted and natural, and actually it already exists.” She points out, “If we look at our relationship to God, to our Creator, as His/Her expression, then we already include within our very being spiritual qualities, talents, and abilities. These can be considered innate to our spiritual selfhood and individuality. Guess what? God doesn’t know any losers.”

Chat visitors ask questions like, How can I express my gifts, which I feel are trapped inside me? What if you are afraid or too insecure to pursue your talents? How can one pray about financial difficulties related to a career in the arts? What if you don’t know what your talents or abilities are? Does the pursuit of a talent have to interfere with family relationships? If someone is born with a disability, can that individual express their talents and abilities? And, Is talent exclusive by nature, meaning only a chosen few can succeed?

Listen in, and enjoy Diane’s uplifting and healing responses.
