So long he stood before the window, gazingIntently, small face earnest as he read,That one inside the Reading Room who watchedWent out to him at last and gently said,"What are you reading?
What is this height from other heights apartThat he ascended whose pure way I seek?

TIME NO LONGER

The dreamy past, the future we would scan,hold nothing more than now can give to man.

Nought of joy has vanishedWith the fleeting days.
