Kids

“At school, I was loving to those kids and tried to be their friend because I know they aren’t my enemies.”
“I could hear my mommy running toward us and saying something. But I didn’t know what she was saying because I was hearing God even louder in my thoughts.”

Scared to sleep over

Sara Hoagland Hunter

“Just think about God's love for you. That's all you need to pray. Right there you have a gift of love God's given you today.”

Have you ever thought of helping a friend by praying? Here’s how one kid did just that.

Under pressure? Pray!

It all came down to the final kick of the game. But instead of giving in to pressure, this soccer player knew that she could pray.
“I like reading other kids’ testimonies because it gives me proof that healings through prayer are possible and that they happen every day, even to kids like me.”

When I prayed for my dogs

I am grateful to know that I can turn to God in any situation, and that He’ll always be there protecting, guiding, and taking care of me.

How much does God love me?

Sara Hoagland Hunter

"How does God's love feel?" I wondered in bed, as the pink sun rose outside. And then I felt the warmth and light my curtains couldn't hide.

“As I make my understanding of God bigger by learning more about Him—and then hold tightly to this bigger and bigger sense of God—it lifts me up, and I feel happy.”
“A few of the names I have found are Mind, Father-Mother, Great God, and Lord God Almighty.”

Get set!

When we “get set,” our “go-ing” is always so much happier and easier—and without detours!
“When we got to camp, we went to see the Christian Science nurses. They were very loving and were praying.”
God has told me lots of things that help me, so I know that when I hear God, I should pay attention.
We can practice trusting God to take care of us—no matter how big the waves are!
