Large crowds of people attended the two services held in connection with the formal dedication of First Church of Christ, Scientist, yesterday [July 14].
Starting from a small beginning of two people twelve years ago, First Church of Christ, Scientist, dedicated its new building, which has just been erected on the site at the corner of Sixth avenue west and Rowley street.
Ground is being broken today [March 27] on the southeast corner of Bailey street and Washington avenue for the site of a handsome church building which, when completed, will cost fully five thousand dollars unfurnished.
