For some time past the overcrowded condition at the Sunday services, and especially the Wednesday evening meetings, of First Church of Christ, Scientist, in San Francisco, has been quite noticeable, and was freely commented upon by regular attendants and the public at large.
The dedication of First Church of Christ, Scientist, on North Oakdale avenue, occurred Sunday [April 21] and was attended by a large and attentive congregation.
Second Church of Christ, Scientist, which some time ago bought the property at the northeast corner of Delaware and Twelfth streets, announces plans to construct on this ground a church building with a seating capacity of twelve hundred.
