Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, Mary Baker Eddy, has given to mankind the following definition of "salvation": "Life, Truth, and Love understood and demonstrated as supreme over all; sin, sickness, and death destroyed".

In the fourth of the series, "What I Believe," the writer, in referring to evil, says, "I can see no attraction in the proposal of Christian Science to pretend that it is not there," et cetera.
In an interesting article a clergyman speaks in a kindly way of the many successes which Christian Science has had in the healing of sickness and suffering, but his remarks show that he has not really understood the nature of Christian Science healing.
Our
beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, the divinely inspired Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, gives us this helpful instruction on page 381 of the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures": "Let us banish sickness as an outlaw, and abide by the rule of perpetual harmony,—God's law.
