As the United States celebrates its 250th year of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, let’s accept “the glorious liberty” every one of has been given as the child of God. This includes freedom from every form of oppression, whether it’s fear, hatred, lack or disease.
With Christ Jesus’ advent, freedom is viewed spiritually, as the sinless state of all of God’s children.
Whatever your summer plans, this teen’s experience of discovering how present God always is—no matter where you are or what you’re doing—is a comfort for time spent at camp or anywhere else.
