Fly free!
There you are in this tiny cage.
There you are in this metal cage.
Trapped!
Yet you sing beautifully and flap your wings.
Other birds swoop in daily and share your food.
They fly away, but you remain in the tiny metal cage.
One day, your eyes are opened.
You glimpse the unfettered expanse
of God and all His creation.
You see the error in your thinking!
It is your right to fly freely in the skies.
The door swings open and, cautiously,
you make your first move toward freedom.
Can this be true?
Yes—you are free to soar
as the expression of Mind.
Now you see clearly:
You were never caged;
you have always been free!
