> Michele Newport, “Truth is used to waiting,” Sentinel, September 22, 2025

I loved the illumination of “waiting patiently on God” as not enduring some delay in a breakthrough, but rather as being the clearing of thought cobwebs, making way for inspiration that is always at hand.

I really appreciate this reminder, so gently given!

> James Shepherd, “Keeping prayer simple,” Sentinel, September 8, 2025

This article makes such a clear and important point about keeping our prayers pure and simple: If there are many complications and it feels as though we are struggling in an uphill battle, it could be a signal something is not quite right. It’s time to stop and pray, ask God, and listen for guidance. This is so true. In our fast-moving world of constant communication and distractions, it’s easy to get confused, and God can clarify and simplify how to pray about any situation. Thank you!
