Flood-tides of Love
Wash away, wash away, wash away, Father,
my doubt, my fear, my pain.
Let waters of allness, Your ever-knowing, make clean my heart again.
Only Your presence has ever been here; only Your love I own.
Oh cleanse my vision to see the real, to know as I am known.
Wash away, wash away, wash away, Mother,
all lies of sense and sight.
Only Your child is here to be seen, only Your universe bright.
Gone are the errors of past mortal perils, gone all ancestral debris.
I rise, and I rise, and I rise in Your love, newborn and sinless and free!
