A true Christmas
Brandon James O’Neil
What renews goodwill
and with laughter fills
a heart once filled with fear?
It isn’t the charm
of winter and warm
that touches just once each year.
Of matchless worth,
a daily birth
of Love’s idea appears.
The Christ brings peace,
and hatreds cease,
for only Love is here.
—Brandon James O’Neil
