Wounds healed, freedom from fear gained
As a grateful subscriber to the Christian Science periodicals, I am finally getting around to submitting this testimony. Just over two years ago, I went out on my back porch and was attacked by two neighborhood dogs that had slipped through a broken fence. They aggressively bit me on my foot and hand.
I got away and immediately affirmed God’s creation of and present control over all creatures. Then I decided to walk the short distance to a neighborhood community center, which had a clinic where I knew I could immediately get the wounds bandaged. A “good Samaritan” neighbor made sure I was safe.
