An exceptional poem
[“ ‘The government shall be upon his shoulder,’ ” Jill Gooding, January 30, 2017, Sentinel]
This poem is exceptional and much needed.

A daily task!
A sincere “thank you” to Barbara Vining for sharing her thoughts about elevating the human race (“It’s time to elevate the human race,” January 16 & 23, 2017, Sentinel). She emphasized the need for each of us “to let divine Love move us to repent of unjust thoughts and actions” as we respect and value all people as God’s loved children. A daily task for all of us!

Pull out Bible Lens first thing
I just realized that every time the Sentinel arrives, the first thing I do is pull out the Bible Lens section and tuck it into my Christian Science Quarterly Bible Lesson for the corresponding week. Many thanks for these insightful weekly explorations of the Bible citations. They often inspire me to look further into other Bible commentaries and dictionaries as I study the Lesson.
