Deepening our understanding of the Lord’s Prayer given by Jesus is the focus of this chat. A range of questions was addressed, such as: What does it mean that the Lord’s Prayer “covers” all human needs? What are we praying for when we ask God for our “daily bread”? How does the Lord’s Prayer address chronic problems for healing?

Marian talked about how praying deeply with the Lord’s Prayer is much more than saying the words by rote; it’s praying with the meaning of the words and letting the prayer help us glimpse more of God. She explained how the spiritual sense of the prayer, given by Mary Baker Eddy in Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, helps us do that.
