Finances restored
The first sentence of the Preface to Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, by the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, Mary Baker Eddy, says, “To those leaning on the sustaining infinite, to-day is big with blessings” (p. vii). I have been learning to put my trust in God to show me the way and to reveal to me the blessings and supply needed to achieve that which I need to do. Such blessings can come when one least expects them.
Some years ago I made an investment in a company that later changed hands. I did not pay attention and lost track of what was happening. Because of computer problems, I lost some critical emails from the company. Sometime later I tried to contact the company, but they had stopped trading and I could not get any response to my emails or phone calls. I had a copy of the original investment with the account details, which I put away just in case something developed in my favor. At this point, I felt that I’d been scammed.
