A LETTER FROM GOOD—IN THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO
Good wrote to the Kids' Sentinel in French. His letter has been translated into English so you can read it!
Bonjour, my name is Good Kimbondo. I am 11 years old. Actually my complete name is Goodness. My parents gave me this name because they said I was born by the goodness of God after the death of my older sister. I go to the Christian Science Sunday School, where I've learned that God created me good, calm, intelligent, and generous.
A Bible verse I really like is: "Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom" (Luke 12:32). For me this is a blessing because I know that God gives us good.
