How God sees me
Hi, my name is Nina. This past Easter holidays, I decided to get the roller skates out of the shed and start roller-skating. I went out every day in my backyard, put on my roller skates, and kept practicing. I was getting quite good.
One day, I was roller-skating around the backyard table and just as I reached the corner, I fell. My leg twisted around, and I fell on my hands and legs. Whenever I fall, I know that God is right there to comfort me, like a pillow. I learned in Sunday School that we are God's reflection. And I thought if God looked into the mirror, would He see a hurt leg? NO! So as God's spiritual reflection I could not have one either. God has made me perfect!
My mum and dad came back from the shops and saw that I was limping. Mum asked me to sit down, and we prayed. We talked about how God saw me—whole and good. Then we all sat down for dinner. After dinner, I felt a lot better and walked around. I helped my sisters clear the table.
