Every Sentinel brings to readers spiritual treasures such as a recent article by Lisa McCanless, "A reliable healing foundation" [June 29], and one by Kerstyn Battenberg, "Do you trust Me?" [July 6]. Kerstyn's reference to a 40-year-old woman jogged a memory, as years ago when I was 40, I completed the ropes course at a camp in Colorado. I also felt it was a very fulfilling gift.

Each week the Sentinels continue to overflow my treasure chest.
