What a wonderful article by Ned Odegaard in the April 20 Sentinel, "Rebuilding the world economy." I was particularly awed by this sentence: "The human condition is the outgrowth or representation of individual and collective thought." I'm still working with this wonderful, thought-expanding idea.

When I'm thinking about the economy as only a human or world economy, and not as a spiritual economy that is sustained by the unchanging Principle, it is easy to be deceived by the belief that my house, my car, my kayak, my investment, my whatever, is where the value is, when in fact real value is only found in the eternal stability of the divine economy.
