ABUNDANCE–WHAT A WORD!

In this week's Sentinel we consider a paradox: In a world troubled by diminishing material resources, there's a heightened awareness among many individuals of unfailing spiritual resources that can restore the balance—and heighten one's own resourcefulness.

Lack of arable land, of clean air and water, of adequate food, and the like, have changed the face of the globe. Yet people consistently find comfort, hope, and renewal by relying on long-established Bible truths—and, for well over a century, the insights of Mary Baker Eddy.

The Science of the Christ, which Mrs. Eddy explained and lived, makes it clear that people everywhere can avail themselves at any time of God's abundance of good. They can shake themselves free from the restraints of materiality. The unlimited resources of divine Love are everyone's heritage—nothing else, nothing less. They overcome dismay or doubt. They obliterate the evidence of scarcity, wasted opportunities, ineptitude—evil in any form.
