PRAYER QUICKLY HEALS INJURY TO HAND

I'm extremely grateful for a healing experience I had last summer.

I often help my husband with his gardening business. One day while we were working in a customer's garden, I was cutting grass. It was raining, and the grass didn't throw into the back of the box on the mower properly, but caught instead at the mouth of the box and clogged underneath the machine. This meant that I had to frequently idle the mower engine to clear out accumulated grass. On one of these occasions, I put my gloved hand a little farther in underneath the machine to grab a belligerent clump, and suddenly felt the rotating blades of the mower hit the middle three fingers of my right hand.

Because of my regular study of the spiritual concepts taught in Christian Science, and the healings that have resulted, I immediately began to pray, insisting on my right to freedom from injury through the law of God's love—His ever-presence and constant care.
