REDEDICATION TO SPIRITUAL STUDY BRINGS HEALING

I regularly attended a Christian Science Sunday School from the time I was very young. My gratitude for the spiritual truths I learned and the loving support of my teachers continues to this day.

All through Sunday School, I listened attentively, but seldom asked questions or contributed to the discussions. This characteristic carried over into other areas of my life—in particular, I was afraid to speak or perform in front of other people. After making some effort to overcome this, I finally decided that I was a shy person.

After graduating from Sunday School when I was 20, I attended church only occasionally. Also, I read the Christian Science Bible Lesson and the Christian Science magazines sporadically. I'd accepted the false suggestion that further intense study wasn't necessary, because I already had a strong foundation in Christian Science.
