Swingset Olympics
I was swinging on the swingset doing tricks. I lost my grip and fell on the concrete behind the swingset.
My mom heard the plop. I hurt my wrist badly. Mom took me to the hospital. I didn't know my wrist was broken! The doctor put a cast on it and said it would take eight to ten weeks to heal. At the hospital my mom started praying. When I went home, I started praying. That night my arm felt better.
When I went to Sunday School, my teacher said she would pray for me, too. At Sunday School my teacher talked about how I was whole, not broken, because God had made me whole. She said I was like God's song. This song could never be broken.
Two weeks later, I went back to the doctor. He was amazed. My arm was not broken anymore. He took the cast off, after only two weeks.
I am grateful for my Sunday School teacher praying for me.
