I'm having a problem with a co-worker who keeps taking all the credit for joint projects we do. Any suggestions for a spiritual way to solve this?

I've been giving a lot of thought in the last year to Jesus as a team leader. Now that's not a term I usually apply to him, but teams are simply the organizational framework or foundation for almost every profit or nonprofit that I'm aware of today. And learning how to be an effective team member becomes a critical skill for our own peace of mind, and also as we want to progress up some kind of career ladder.
