A HEART ON FIRE TO HEAL

MY GRANDMOTHER was a Christian Science practitioner and teacher. I can recall times when I was a little boy visiting her and she would be on the phone praying with someone who had called for healing.

One time in particular, I was bouncing on a bed in the room where she had taken a call. She covered the phone and gently said, "Johnny, you can stay, but you must be quiet and listen."
