my grandma's always with me
My grandma passed away recently. Just before she did, I hugged her and said, "I'm sorry you're not feeling good."
Since then, I've been helping Grandpa not be sad. I spend a lot of time with him. And I tell him how much Grandma helped me, especially when I wasn't feeling good. We talk about my favorite beatitude in the Bible, "Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted" (Matt. 5:4). Grandma is with God.
Grandma was my Sunday School teacher and she taught me how to be a good person. Grandma would always say to me. "You're God's perfect child, and He will always be with you."
