Prayer quickly heals injuries from a fall

It was almost a century ago that my parents began to study Christian Science at the kind recommendation of a neighbor. I was an infant at the time, the last of five children, and one of my arms wasn't functioning normally. The condition was soon healed through my mother's prayerful application of truths she was learning from her study of Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy.

From then on, our family relied completely on prayer for healing. As a result, I always believed that health was normal and naturally good, and I still do, after almost 100 years of proof.

I'd like to share a recent quick healing. I am currently living in a Christian Science facility, and use a walker. One afternoon in my room, I lost my footing and fell. I went down on top of my upturned walker and hit my head against the metal handlebar, just above my right eye. I was knocked unconscious for a few moments, but when I awakened, I declared emphatically that I was "unfallen." This thought became my prayer. It comes from this statement:
