Our church is a member of an ecumenical group in the town of Monkton, Maryland. The group held a special meeting on the topic of the homeless in Baltimore County. After attending this meeting, I returned home to find the Sentinel "Finding home in the presence of God" [January 27] in the mail. I was so moved by all the articles and how they addressed the topic of home that I immediately ordered a dozen copies and sent them to each of the participants that had been at this meeting. I included a note remarking on the power of prayer to find solutions and offering that God would surely supply an answer to our county's problem.
Yesterday I received a letter from an Episcopal priest thanking me for the Sentinel and remarking, "If anything comes out of our concers, it will be because of our prayer." Thank you for making the Sentinel so current, easy to share, and full of prayer.
