Prayer and healing are linked
About three years ago a growth appeared on my face, and over a period of about six months it grew quite large and took on a misshapen appreance. During those months, I prayed, studying the Bible and Science and Health. But I couldn't find any peace or see any improvement in the condition. I was so embarrassed by my appearance that I tried to hide the spot with large dark glasses. Then one day while I was praying about this, a clear thought came to me in the form of a mental conversation with myself. It went like this:
