I am in awe of how God knows exactly what we need and when. Last week I wrote to a friend complaining about being caught up in the hurly-burly of life. I desperately wanted to have time for myself. The Sentinel of August 5 hit the nail right on the head. The articles expanded on the them of balancing your life while also giving direction to another problem I had been faced with, that of the extra pounds gained over the past few years. I can't single out one article, as all of them were so good. And the testimonies were outstanding.

I am so grateful for Midge Campbell's article confronting menopause in the August 12 issue. Her message was so inspiring.
