Thank you for Lois Rae Carlson's timely article in the June 3 Sentinel:" 'Church...is found.' " Indeed interest in spirituality has risen, but the joy and discipline of church-going has lessened. Church families ("joint-heirs with Christ," Rom. 8:17) with their opportunities to be supportive, to share the learning experience and those precious moments of silent prayer in church for and from the congregation, are priceless blessings on journey.

Thank you so much for the article, "Consciousness—and the expanding universe"(July 1). It prompts me to share with you an experience I had in World War II. While in a military hospital, I tried to work out how the universe had been created, and I concluded that only the power of God could exceed atomic power. So I resolved to search for God.
