Finding Sunday School—finding myself
My younger sister, Thais, found the Christian Science Sunday School first—she started going and told me about it. After about two or three months, I was curious enough to go myself.
Thais told me it was a really cool place—everyone was so nice to her and everyone was cool there. At the time, she was seven and I was nine. She had found the Sunday School one day while walking in the neighborhood. We lived right next door to the church, but we didn't know what it was. Thais saw the Reading Room display of books in the window. She thought it was a public library or something, and since she likes to read, she went in to check the place out.
