Prayer for a child's injuries
Translated from Portuguese My nine-year-old son was at my sister's house, playing with his cousin, when a brick fell on his foot and made a deep cut. My sister wanted to take him to the hospital, but he asked to go home. His older brother brought him home on his bicycle.
His foot was bleeding a lot, but I was not afraid because I knew I could pray and help him. I was so sure that God was right there with me, taking care of everything. I cleaned and bandaged his foot. My son soon calmed down. I continued to pray with the idea that God is All-in-all and fills all space.
