Dental surgery not needed
Translated from French
One of my friends, who's a dentist, discovered during a visit I made to her office that my four wisdom teeth were growing in sideways. She said I needed surgery to have these teeth extracted because not only were they obstructing other teeth, but they would certainly push some of them down as well. My friend showed me the X-ray negatives and I saw four teeth, not yet out ... and lying on their sides.
I'm a student of Christian Science, and I lean on God for healing; so I didn't accept this verdict. In fact, did it come from God, or did it have a human source? I knew that God, divine Mind, is the author of a flawless creation. This creation is spiritual, so the true identity of man, created in the image of God, is spiritual. God does not create deformity. His work is perfect, so I couldn't be an exception.
It was very clear to me that this difficulty was no part of my true being, and I rejected it vehemently and completely.
