The article "Beyond 9-1-1" (June 19) when the people in the boat were six miles from shore and literally beyond 9-1-1 help reminded me of the ever-present help we carry with us continually, that is the ninety-first Psalm: "He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty."
