LOOKING FOR SOME GOOD INVESTMENT IDEAS?
One definition Webster gives for invest is, "To clothe money in something permanent or less fleeting." If you have investment decisions to make, don't you want to feel guided by a sense of true substance and intelligence, of good purpose and worthy motive, rather than to be driven by chance, fear, or greed?
It is natural to expect that the best results are an effect of the highest quality of thought. By the same token, investment decisions tend to be most successful when nourished by a genuine desire to see the will of God, good, at work. When we approach investment from this basis, our decisions are clothed in God's guidance and intelligence. They have a right feel, a certainty and firmness that surpass even the best human reasoning.
Good investment decisions are usually made with an eye toward the long term. They tend to be unselfish, considered, and often contrary to the prevailing winds of "expert" opinion. (Think of Noah, investing energy, time, and other resources in building the ark.)
