Taxes and the divine economy

He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?

Micah 6:8

A Few Years Ago as I was completing my income tax return for the year, I decided to compare the completed form with the previous year's return. In doing so, I found a significant discrepancy. As I investigated further I realized that I had made a mistake the previous year—a mistake in my favor that had resulted in a sizable underpayment of my taxes.
