The connection between purity and health
Fresh, whole, new—the words describe who you really are.
PURE WATER. PURE AIR. Pure foods. More and more people are seeking and valuing purity. It used to be that the word purity related mostly to morality, but now it is being recognized as essential to many aspects of our lives, including health. For example, some people, seeking to purify their bodies, choose to eliminate impurities by going to sweat lodges. Others use specific diets to purge their systems of toxins, infections, viruses, and threatening bacteria.
We may think we have lost our purity, but we have only lost sight of it.
